The cleaning solution seems to work very well. The clean carpet looks clean and fresh. My new dog (large dog) discovered he could reach an envelope of powered choclate from the counter. It only took him three rooms of carpet to empty the envelope.

It cleaned our carpets without leaving any residue. The tech used very little citrus solution that helped with ny Wifes sensitivity to scented products. The tech was very professional & friendly.
Zerorez was excellent. They were able to respond very quickly to our need. Riley was friendly and great and was able to explain the process on site and cleaned all the stains and odor. The whole process was quick and painless. Will definitely use again as needed.

Sean came out for a reservice call and did a white cloth test to show us how much dirt was coming out when he cleaned and it was massive all the dirt.
