The cleaning solution seems to work very well. The clean carpet looks clean and fresh. My new dog (large dog) discovered he could reach an envelope of powered choclate from the counter. It only took him three rooms of carpet to empty the envelope.

It cleaned our carpets without leaving any residue. The tech used very little citrus solution that helped with ny Wifes sensitivity to scented products. The tech was very professional & friendly.
