The staff was professional, friendly and efficient. a few of the pet stains have returned, but the rest of the carpets are perfect. A suggestion would be: go over the pet stains 3-4 times. Other than that, I am very pleased with the company an the service.

Castor was on time, explained things well, worked hard and did a great job. Carpets were not stiff or sticky as they sometimes were when other companies cleaned our carpets.

Zerorez's Air Duck Cleaning service is awesome! The technicians captured photos of before and after. They were super nice guys and cleaned up after the service.
