As always the zero Rose team did a fantastic job. We had them clean out the dryer vent this time as well so we had two different teams here at the same time.

Cody was very courteous and professional. He explained prices and services available for my wool rugs and worked very hard to eliminate my pet stains. There are no guarantees on getting out the stains in wool rugs, but they look better and are softer than before he worked on them so I'm happy 😊. Also glad all bacteria and odor is gone.
