I like the Zero residue concept. It's amazing how much dirt can be removed with hot water and good suction. Your ionized water works even better. I wished you still gave a bottle of it with a cleaning.

i thought that my vents needed cleaning, I had someone else do them about 4 years ago, so i called ZEROREZ and had them come over and take a look. To my surprise, the tech said it's clean so he checked it out and said i would not have to clean them for about another 6 years. Yeah for ZEROREZ!!!!!
