We had 6 foster kittens in a carpeted bedroom and it was a mess with little kitten stains all over. Our appointment was from 2-5 but Maya called to let me know she could come earlier, which worked out perfectly. She told me exactly what she thought she could and couldn’t remove, and it was exactly as promised when she and her trainee (I can’t remember her name 😿) were done. Maya is friendly and personable and was was a delight to talk to. Awesome job all around to her and her trainee. Thank you!

This company is very accommodating to the needs of its customers. I love it that they leave a bottle of (refillable) spot remover as a thank you! I've only used them for upholstery & a large rug, but I will likely use them for my carpet when needed!

Fast, efficient and the associates who came out were very helpful and friendly. A lot of the water wasn't still in the carpet which I'm sure helped it dry faster, carpet smelled and looked cleaner. Love that I can walk on carpet w/o having to leave the house while it dries.
Young man who performed service was very thorough, asked if I had any carpet areas that needed special treatment, did an excellent job (I watched on and off) was respectful of my furnishings, and was very personable. He worked quickly and efficiently. This was my second time using Zerorez and plan to use them again.
I would highly recommend Zerorez. Caster the technician who cleaned the carpets was wonderful -very helpful and informative! I couldn't have asked for a more courteous young man, who really assured me that he would do his best to clean my dirty carpets. (and I was very skeptical) Caster was a fabulous representative of your company! I would highly recommend him and would love to have him back. I give a TEN Star rating for Zerorez . I can't believe how my carpets look - like they are brand new! I will always use Zerorez for my carpet cleaning!
