Actually use and listen to feedback from the surveys. Nice hair cut every time and MVP package is nice, although the manual massage tool is not the greatest the hot towel and head massage make up for it.

Your stylists know what to do, and how to cut hair when told what / how you would like it done.
I prefer scissor cuts, and have never been disappointed in how things have turned out.
The hot towel option is a nice touch.
Even my young grandson likes going to Sport Clips, and has had the towel wrap too - he almost fell asleep the first time it was done !!.
