The haircut was excellent. My one complaint is that a strongly perfumed conditioner was rubbed into my hair without asking me first or giving me a chance to say I didn’t want it. The smell was strong enough to trigger mild asthma--I have a lifelong sensitivity—I had to wash my hair thoroughly to get rid of the smell as soon as I got home. Please train your hair stylists about sensitivity to perfumed products. Thank you.

Zelfie is hands-down the best hairstylist I’ve worked with. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and truly great at what she does. You don’t have to explain things twice — she just gets it and intuitively knows what will work.
Every appointment is a great experience. She makes sure you’re comfortable, taken care of, and genuinely happy with the result. You already feel good after a haircut, but she somehow makes the whole experience even better.
She’s also very personable, easy to talk to, and you really build a connection over time. I wouldn’t go to anyone else — I’ve found my hairstylist for as long as she’s around. Highly recommend.
