Your stylists know what to do, and how to cut hair when told what / how you would like it done.
I prefer scissor cuts, and have never been disappointed in how things have turned out.
The hot towel option is a nice touch.
Even my young grandson likes going to Sport Clips, and has had the towel wrap too - he almost fell asleep the first time it was done !!.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Good at their jobs and make sure customers get what they want.
The location is great, and although it's very busy they always seem to accommodate the demand without compromising on the quality of the haircut.

After deciding on a hairstyle for my 10 yr old boy, Pam called me in 2 times to discuss what she was doing, which was excellent. She changed up the cut a little based on his hair texture and the way it fell, again very pleased with her knowledge and her thinking.

I use to bring my son, who is now 14 years old, to other salons and walked away very disappointed. In fact one stylist asked him, "How do you like your new cut?" He quickly replied, "I don't". Needless to say we didn't go back to that salon. It took a lot of convincing for him to try another place but when he did we came to Sports Clips. He was thrilled when he told the stylist what he wanted and got exactly that. We have been coming to Sports Clips now for about 2 years and will never go anywhere else. The ladies there are amazing.
