Staff are very friendly, they know their stuff, and you can tell management takes good care of their staff. Everyone was patient and welcoming. My haircut was near end of the shift, staff didn't rush me and didn't feel pressure to end early, was able to get an ultimate.

My 2.5 year old got the best haircut in his life! Worth to mention that we came straight from a daycare (Do I need to say more?). My son had an apple sauce on his hair, it was his third haircut ever and he was anxious.
Well... The man, no, THE MAAAAN who was cutting Michaels hair is a pro! He was moving around us like a ninja doing his thing from each side my boy turned to, he was smiling and trying to make it light and cool, he was not intimidating by my boy who is not used to a haircuts, yet.
Honestly? That gyu is a real superhero!

My son's last haircut was great! She did a fantastic job. There were other customers in the store (two children and their quite loud and overbearing father) around the time we visited and all of the employees remained calm and professional throughout the interaction (moreso than I would have been lol). Great work by all!
