In my opinion haircuts are very personal. My stylist gets me. I walk in and request her and I know I'm walking out with a fantastic haircut.
The MVP service is great. Massage chairs while getting your hair washed that are a little more intense would be great! Perhaps something that gives a shiatsu massage (rolls up and down the back and such) with higher intensity would be helpful. Consider adding manicure/pedicure services as well...
On a dislike note, change up what’s played on the TVs more often - it gets annoying coming in to the same thing playing on the TVs every time.
Staff are friendly, areas are clean and provide a great distraction during a non exciting task.

Great service. The girl who cut Zander’s hair was awesome. The girl whicut First name removed hair not so much. One side of his head was shorter than the other. Not good. Had to buzz his head to even ur out. Didn’t notice til later.
