The frozen margaritas; some of the most delicious in all of San Antonio. Cultural staple of the city and a must-have for any movie lover. I also love that Santikos hosts Military/First Responder appreciation nights. It's an honorable gesture for our defenders and I truly hope they can take time to enjoy a movie night with their loved ones.
Clean, comfortable etc. I do have a suggestion however. every time I go to use any rewards i’ve accumulated at the concessions it’s like the employees have no idea what I’m talking about.
It’s a nice clean theatre and never gets too crowded. The employees are always really nice.
Comfortable chairs. Family restrooms are important for my wheelchair wife.

We love our theater. The theaters and chairs are nice, the popcorn and drinks are good and we especially love the military Mondays and $5.99 Tuesdays.
Its always a very clean and quiet environment. The staff are polite and helpful.

However, I must say when did matinee prices begin after 5pm? That was a bit of a shock.
Casa Blanca is starting to show a bit of wear-and-tear. Hopefully some steam cleaning is in the horizon to step-up the cleanliness.

I love Santikos palladium theaters. They always have the best service and great movies.
It was a good movie. The movie theater is clean. And best of all comfortable. All the people working there are nice too.
Love the military Monday special makes me appreciate your company by providing that for us. Love the food and drink options the popcorn set up is amazing and great location of deathly recommend to family and friends and it’s my favorite movie theater out of all the movie theaters on my area.
Smooth experience start to finish. It was easy to get snacks and the prospect of getting early access tickets was too good to pass up!

I like going to Silverado because they have the self-serve popcorn station. I really enjoy having the drink station close by too. Other locations have the drinks separated. Not too appealing for me.
Clean place
Fast service and the loyalty rewards.
Lobby, restroom, concession stand, and auditorium were clean. Food and movie offerings were good, as were the sound and the views. The seats are clean, functional, and comfortable. We like the swing table. Staff was plentiful and cooperative.
