Friendly staff,clean environment and comfortable seating.
The first draw to keep me going back to Casablanca, is the Tuesday's $4.99 discounted ticket price. Being a senior, I really appreciate the lower price. I want to thank Santiko's for prividing the $5 drink and popcorn prices on Tuesday, too.

Secondly, the young staff has always been willing to help make my visit a good one. I am not sure that I have ever dealt with negative attitude from staff at Casablanca.

I could order my ticket right at the concession stand with my food. the silverado has really remodeled and its really nice. seats are comfortable. I really like the option of the small popcorn called the golden option.

Really appreciated the seats being able to offer a comfortable experience and I like being able to get my own popcorn and drinks. Overall experience of the movie was also really great with awesome sounds.

The manager on duty was kind to give me a refund on one ticket due to one of our pre paid ticket holders ended up in emergency room and unable to attend with us at the movie.

Reclining seats
The highlight of my Santikos experience was definitely the self-serve refreshments. The popcorn is consistently fresh and warm, and the soda/ICEE variety is excellent. Having clean, comfortable auditoriums adds to why I enjoy coming back.
Nice staff, comfortable balcony style seating without someone in front of me blocking my view.

East to buy tickets online - theaters were clean - seats were very comfortable
Good experience the only issue is that the chair i was assigned, J9 did not work, the seat would not recline. Other than that it was great. Thank you.
