Theater was clean, and the pretzel was amazing. Usually pretzels are hard and gross. This pretzel had the family fighting over bites.
Great place staff very friendly, theater clean, visual and sound for the movie great. Nice to have reclining seats maybe another company in Altamonte should do a remodel.
Overall, great experience. Went to a later movie time and was unaware of when concessions service ends at night. Went back for a refill and they had already closed up for the night.
The full experience was flawless. Purchasing tickets was easy. Checking ing and buying some refreshments was smooth. Price was kind of expensive though. Our seats were comfortable. Had a great time!

Friendly, easy, only thing I didn’t like was we didn’t have enough chicken bites for everyone don’t think enough were made for our group size, I believe 4 of us didn’t receive our 4 chicken bites

Had to cancel and easy to do
I had come on a spontaneous trip to the movies with my family and ended up getting the last seats for that show. They were in the very front row and while the beginning ads were on my husband and I started to feel a bit motion sick from being so close to the screen. We took a chance and asked if we could possibly exchange our tickets for a later show and the staff were so polite. I was helped by manager Manny who was so kind and helpful that he even offered to cover our shoe rental if we decided to bowl because we ended up having to get a show 2 hours later! We decided to kill our time in the arcade and about 45mins into our wait Manny found us and gave us a free 1 hour arcade pass. It was very very helpful while trying to keep 2 young children entertained.

I loved the quick service and the way to get your food no mix ups. also loved the arcades and bowling everything was really fun. at this locations restrooms were easy to find and access during a movie which made it easy to not miss much during movie time,
