I LOVE the Palladium! Everything all in one place- food & adult beverages. Always clean. Big screens. Lots of movie choices, not only top popular movies. Community donations. I love it.

Miss the higher end concessions. Would recommend a larger variety of candy at least. Junior mints, Dots, etc.
We always love going to the Palladium. It feels good just walking in the door. The staff is friendly, and the facility is always clean and kept. I like the food selections. (Would love to see a salad or two come back, and because I have grandkids with celiac, would love to see a gluten-free pizza option.)

It would be good to ask on MONDAYS
(whether purchased on line or with a cashier) if we have a military ID so we can get this discount. I was not aware that Mondays is military discount day. Or maybe advertise it more.
I was not aware so I paid full price on a Monday.
Otherwise everything else was a positive experience.
Very friendly staff. Welcomed us as we walked in. The only downfall is I would like fresher popcorn. I didn’t down rate because of it, because I love this theater. But the popcorn tasted like it had been sitting for some time.
Associates always welcoming, helpful and polite AND popcorn is always fresh!

Okay, I had gone to Casablanca theater to watch a movie and to go bowling....but we had a problem with my bank card. Five times they had tried to charge my card and to no avail nothing. Now other were having problems as well and left, so we took off and headed to the Silverado theater. Now when I got there I asked if they had any problems and to see if my card would go thur, and it did and we where very happy. But then when I tried to buys some snacks and food it didn't go thur.....I checked my bank account and then noticed that I had been charged 7 times at Casablanca and I was not happy, Johnathan the manager saw it on my phone and got me phone numbers so we can see what we could do and made sure my daughter and friend were taken care of. I talked to the manager at Casablanca and too tried to help and couldn't find out why it happened so he got me to call Greg and then he too was trying to help. All of them help me and it was the most and greatest help. I have ever gotten from any business, but Johnathan without asking or batting an eye, he made sure my girl's had the best time. Thanks for training them so well and being very understanding standing. The theater may need some up grades but that fine with me. All in due time.....please keep us the great customer service. Please give Johnathan my thanks. And I will be there soon again.
