I grew up going to the Mayan Palace…even before it was called the Mayan! Over the years, even with the changes and remolding, they’re made it feel like home and a good environment inside to enjoy a night at the movies with my own kids now that I’m grown up! I’ve never had any issues with employees or cleanliness! We love the Mayan

Ordered tickets online with my account which was very easy to set up. Clean facilities. A bit too cold for me and the seats are starting to get a bit tired but overall a great place to watch a movie. 🍿 was delicious
Clean theater personable staff
Thank you Santikos and the Alexandria Grand Staff for making this event a great one for our students. They enjoyed it greatly and I am sure they will spread the word to fellow students. Everything was prepared and ready when we arrived. We will definitely be back!

I love them cleanliness and kind employees. The price of the tickets makes it a easier to pay for the concessions. Having goodies during the movie really wraps everything together. The space in the theatres and luxury seats with heaters makes the cool air durable, the cool air is necessary lol. Love the theatres and the whole family sees it as a big treat =) thanks guys!
The staff
I like the chairs. The food is okay. The movies are great. That's my go to when I want to see a movie.
It’s the only theatre in town. It’s somewhat dated but it appears they’re trying to update things. The rewards program does not appear to be as good. I’ve been a member since the buyout and I’ve not earned any rewards or discounts.
My favorite theater! Love the membership points system. Also love that no one under 18 is allied in the theater without an adult after 8 PM.
