Your prices on Tuesdays it give us seniors a break, so we can go to the movies.
What I didn’t like is that you don’t take cash as payment for the tickets or at the concession stand.
What if you don’t have a card? It means we aren’t able to see a movie.

Great customer service and attentiveness
Theaters are clean and easily accessible. Plenty of parking available, friendly associates and comfortable recliners along with a great selection of food and drinks. I also like the rewards I can acquire.

The courtesy desk staff were very helpful. The concession staff quickly took and filled ourborders. Overall we enjoyed the screening of the movie
The employees are friendly and always well staffed, the areas are always clean as are the bathrooms. It's always good to come back.

We love Santikos at the Embassy! Lots of popcorn and sodas that we always refill for 0$.
Clean bathrooms and theater areas. $ goes to non-Profits, what’s not to love!

My family and I really like the theater 1 with the 4 seats in the back. We have a 3 month old and we have been able to take him to the movies with us because of those seats being available. Really like the upgrades Santikos made to that location.
Concession staff is friendly
The employees are always kind and helpful and most movie goers understand and follow the theatre's rules.
Counter service is great. The reclining seats with tables are really enjoyed especially with the wide armrests. Bathrooms and all areas were clean and attended.
