Employees are very helpful and personable. Theaters, common areas and bathrooms are very clean. I am THAT mom that wipes down trays and arm rests before my daughter sits down and at Westlake the wipes are always clean after, I can’t say the same thing about other theaters. We love the new plush seats, help yourself popcorn and drinks.
I love the self service options. It's nice to be able to buy a ticket walk in buy the containers and make my drink the way I want and put as much butter on my popcorn. The seats are spacious and really relaxing. I've gotta say the new improved Galaxy theater has made me choose to come here more often than the theater 7 mins from home.

I love that the Embassy has such amazing chandeliers in the lobby!

We love visiting Santikos Cibolo but find it frustrating that opening hours are not clearly posted anywhere on the website or google! Please update this so it’s clear to your patrons!! We mostly come for the arcade and to have lunch but never know for sure what time it actually opens. When I called the site number this Sunday, the recording makes it sound like they open at 11 but when we arrived at 11 we were told they only open for private events at 11 & everyone else at 11:30. Very frustrating for a parent who arrives with an excited 5 year old at 11:00 thinking they will be open when we arrive. Please post your opening hours clearly for GP wanting to play at the arcade!! - Thank You, Lauren Trammell

The Santikos employees are always helpful and pleasant. We love the Mayan's seats! I also really appreciate the rewards system and how Santikos gives back to the community.

Proces and remodel of the theater. The only problem is that theater 2 is super cold and freezing. Other than that, love the movies theather.

I love Santikos! It is my theater of choice anytime I go to the movies. They do a great job keeping their theaters clean and they make it their goal to provide great customer service. The popcorn is always fresh and the snacks they provide are always delicious. Can’t wait to go back to see another movie!

Everything was great. Clean. Just pretty expensive. Almost $50 for 2 for tickets, 1 large popcorn and 2 drinks. This was even at the matinee..........
The chairs were clean, the refillable popcorn is wonderful, and the rooms are a good size

This theater is generally very clean, the staff are helpful and friendly. I am not crazy about the way popcorn is now being served out of the "vending" style fill up machines but other than that we always have good experiences.
I went to see barbarian with my uncle who I always go to movie with. It great time only been other time when Gemini man came out. Great service and more than likely go over again regardless of the traffic towards there
Close proximity to my house and I love that Santikos finally decided to upgrade this facility that serves a huge area in NW side.
