I love the seating in the theater! Because I was there the Thanksgiving weekend, the concession stand ran out of some of the food offerings. I think this is something that should have been anticipated because of the new movies that are out. But, I'm still a fan of this theater!

It's the only multiplex in town and is therefore the place my friends, associates, and I go to for the latest film releases.

Very clean establishment with friendly service. I've can't remember ever having a bad experience at any Santikos theater, just good memories.. Some of us do miss the THX note played before films begin, that was awesome.
I think the sound is off a bit. It was not balanced well in auditorium 8 at least. Also the stair lights are way too bright not sure why they didn’t dim more once the movie started but it kept the room much more lighted than it felt appropriate.
The entire experience was fabulous. The kids had a great time, and the manager was so nice! We will definitely do it again!!!
Easy to get tickets
Northwest is my theater of choice over any other theater in San Antonio. I love everything from the friendly staff to the cleanliness of the facility.
