I could buy tickets ahead of time and pick seats. Seats are extremely comfortable. Decorations for Wicked were pretty neat and enjoyed by the kids I took with me.

Nice theater! My only issue was one of the chairs was stuck in the reclined/open position and could not be changed. I bought tickets two weeks in advance for this showing of Wicked. There were no other seats to change to and nothing was offered as a consolation for the issue. Nor was I made aware of the issue before arriving to the theater.

Lots of screens to watch some awesome movies. Sound is good and the reclining seats are super comfortable. Great options at the concessions too.
This is our second time to work with Marissa Trinidad. She is really lovely to work with. We had a wonderful experience at our Santikos Event at Embassy Oaks. The staff were accommodating and kind. They were professional and welcoming. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for these amazing opportunities!
