He provided excellent customer service and genuine empathy for our experience. This is why we will continue to make Palladium our theater of choice.
I like that this theater has a variety of times to see a movie and its never crowded when I go.
The staff was really friendly and it was was easy to buy tickets, check in and find my seat.
I do wish it would upgrade to the recliner seats, but the fluffy seats are still comfy.
I also LOVED that the Grand 16 decorated in honor of The Wicked release. It was an extra nice touch.
The opportunity Santikos ALWAYS gives me, is the experience of seeing current movies on Tuesday's for $4.99. If the movie isn't at Santikos OR it isn't Tuesday, I don't go.
The other part of my Santikos experience I enjoy, is the large popcorn and large drink for $5.
BTW.....the staff is very well mannered and has good people skills. That is always a feather in Santikos' hat.
