The popcorn is self serve I love that! Of course my son accidentally forgot his phone and we got it back the next day very reassuring. Great customer service overall just great.

I love the reclining seats. So comfortable.
I love the serve your own popcorn & drinks. The assign seating is great. I love the reclining chairs especially since I have back problems, this makes it comfortable for me to sit for more then an 1hr.
The theater is always clean.
And staff is polite.

We enjoy your theatre, but it is quite cold. A blanket and coat are needed. A couple degrees up would be great!

Great movie selection and food items, awesome promotional programs, and most of all Mr. Santikos’ idea of giving back to communities makes the price of a theatre experience better knowing some of your money goes back to your community.
On the downside, the newly renovated Silverado theatre now only sells a pizza vs a pizza slice which’s very unfortunate since I cannot eat the entire pizza.

The seats are amazingly comfortable and recline. There is plenty of room.

Northwest theatre is farther from my home but worth the drive. Westlakes always has burnt popcorn
