It’s fun to go to the movies and the recliners are the best. A lot of them squeak when you recline so my only feedback would be maybe to find spraying them down with wd 40

I love AmStar 16, but the newer staff members are not as experienced with customer service as the staff a couple months ago. While I still enjoy going, I miss the level of service and engagement previously provided.

The seats are so comfortable
Concessions were quick and seating is very nice although some of the seats are starting to peel from the faux leather. Sound and picture were good.

Was very clean
We enjoy the proximity of the Conroe location to our home and also the ability to recline in the seats. The cupholders are great. The bathrooms are typically very clean, which we do appreciate. We were the only two people in the theater for much of the movie (one person came in and left after about 20 minutes - then two more people came in and stayed through the end). Not sure why attendance has been so low recently - I think just the economy, in general. But we did enjoy having the place to ourselves.
The seats may be getting a little in need of repair, but the heart of Santikos--the giving-- that's what brings me back.
This is our "neighborhood" theater, so close to home. Nice spots to grab food nearby. Overall, even with reduced staffing levels it's okay still. Not thrilled to pay a "convenience fee" to buy tickets online when it saved YOU from having a person at the box office though. You should give me a discount to buy/pay/select my tickets.
Good movie, pretty clean (men's room needed a bit of tidy but no big issues), comfy loungers.

My family and I love going to the movies together and getting popcorn. If we have a chance to bowl, we will because we love making memories together. I would recommend Santikos to offer a free picture and maybe some for purchase.
Tuesday price
This experience was amazing, my wife and I just started going to this location and will continue to keep going to this location. I've noticed that the managers are the ones sometimes doing concessions and the tickets on the weekdays and they give the best service. 10 out of 10
