Efficient, friendly associates, comfortable setting. I broke my hip in early December. It was my first movie since that time, and I questioned what the experience would be like from my wheelchair- it was just as enjoyable as from our usual seats up higher!

It was quiet and clean. No lines. I go at night. It's a great experience and love the greeters in there by door.very nice and polite.
My first survey was based on that I rated the theater as an 8, but that was based on the prices at the concession area. The second survey I upped the rating to a t0. The theater is nice and comfortable and the viewing was neat and clean. I used to go to the other Conroe Theater, but since it closed, I wanted to give the Grand an opportunity instead of going to the Xscape Theater in Magnolia.
Took our 2 1/2 year old grandson to his first movie experience. It was a great experience for him. Comfy chairs, big screen, loud sound, and a great kid movie. Kept his interest for most of the 1 hour 48 minute showing. Nice rest rooms and clean environment. We'll be back.
