Actually I am not satisfied with the condition of the areas. I had done dog urine( which still is disco liter) and some printer ink that was two tiny spots and is now spread a lot. The rest was great and the tech told me those issues may not be completely resolved. So I wasn't completely surprised. Any thing you recommend? Name removed

Carpets return to as-new. Service tech was friendly, knew the product, and was very efficient. We've used Zerorez in the past and will continue to remain a customer. Service was wonderful.

The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. I love the Zerorez process and knowing that it is clean with no residue. We had a stain in our living room carpet from spilling a bowl of salad with olive oil on it and the stain kept coming back. Our technician used a special process on it and it appears to be completely gone. Thanks so much!

I have used your carpet service in my home and greatly liked how clean it remained for longer period of time than any other service. Your emloyee both yesterday at the church of Christ in St George and earlier a year ago was professional and hard worker. I must comment on the lack of knowledge on service costs when I inquired. I didn't get a cost quote for the 150 chairs until your emloyee arrived at the church building and then still had to call his manager for that cost. Also, I was very disappointed that each chair would cost $5.00 to clean. We are a small group and mostly elderly. I will never the less use your service in the future.
