There were a couple of high traffic areas on our carpet - in front of couch, entry to living room. The technician didn't seem very willing to really work those areas hard, even though they were very small. They remained dirty, and he only went over them twice even though he knew it was a high priority. He indicated that all the dirt was gone and the only reason that they still looked dirty is because the carpet fibers were damaged. These spots were not from stains or spills, just the ground in dirt that builds up in front of couches and traffic areas. So the largely unchanged dirty spots were dismissed as a fiber damage issue (even though the carpet is really in good shape), and not a dirt issue. You had been recommended by a family member from another city who has had ZeroRez before and said you guys are amazing. He was there, and afterward he said he would never recommend to anyone in St. George if that is how the jobs were going to be handled. After your guy left we went to the store and bought cleaners and cleaned the spots ourselves. And it is dramatically better. Disappointing that the carpet experts were so quick to dismiss and give up an a couple of soiled areas. Those areas were the primary reason for the service in the first place.
Brian, the technician, was efficient, thorough and on task. The results are great. Several long standing stains have been removed. The carpet dried in a decent amount of time.
There are visible dirty spots on my couch. The clean parts make the dirty parts more visible. Before at least it was uniform.
Left my home spells fresh and my carpets soft!! Love how quick the floors dried after. 😊
Did not clean carpets to my satisfaction had to call another carpet cleaner Atlas and they removed the stains
The product works great with stains and traffic area discoloration removed. We have used your service previously with the same great results. Our service rep, Ian, was friendly, explained the process and actual cleaning was completed in a very professional manner.
The carpets were cleaned very well for the most part!
One things you might consider doing differently:
1. Many carpet cleaning businesses whose prices are comparable to yours offer vacuuming first.
Also, there were a few spots that still had stains on them when The carpet actually dried. I will call about this and see if I can get someone to come out and work on those spots again.

Our carpet cleaning technician was friendly and fast. The carpet came out really clean and dried pretty fast. I like that there are no chemicals used to protect my cats.
Service person is knowledgeable and conscientious. I like that no detergents are used.

We love Zerorez!! Our carpets look old and used when they come, but when they are done, they look brand new again. We won’t use anyone else. Seriously. Call them.

I liked the professionalism of the technician. Also liked having the stains removed from my carpet. It was nice to touch clean carpet that didn't have a sticky feel. Will be using you in the future. I have already shown two friends.

In one bedroom there is a whole strip of carpet that was missed. He clearly missed this spot you can see how he went up each side of it and as he pulled back he skipped a few inches on the way to the next swipe.. .. Also before he began cleaning he asked me to point out any spots that are particularly showing that I'm concerned about. I pointed them out, yet no spot treatment was done that I saw and he just cleaned normally. he did point out in one area that the spots are all gone after he was done, yet when carpet dried, I can still see the same spots. Why do you ask about specific spots if all you do is drag the floor piece over them just like the rest of the floor???
It was mentioned that the carpet dirt gets all out with one cleaning., However I know that if he did the two bedrooms again 4 more times you would still get dirt out. The two bedroom carpets are old but yet it is possible to actually get them cleaner. When he left, the bedrooms particularly smelled of DUST! Very dusty. It's not clean in the way I expected with a carpet service.
Also when he was done he kept walking in and out of the house on the wet carpet with his shoes. I don't remember if it was the Zerorez guy from a few years ago or another carpet cleaning company before that but I do remember he wore those shoe covers with the elastic. NOT A BAD IDEA!

It's not what Zerorez did, it's what it didn't do. Ian was efficient and friendly and we liked the job he did. It's just that when he accidenty loosened some trim pieces and nobody followed up on it, that's when we got a sour attitude towards Zerorez. We will not be customers again will not reccomed Zerorez to anyone.
Great value for the price. I had terrible terrible pet odors and stains. Zerorez was able to completely remove the odor in all but the worst room and all the stains are gone.
They are professional, understanding and terrific to work with. I definitely recommend them.
