The back room that he work done the carpet and the room has hardly been used only the last six months and you can still see where the bed sits I feel like it should been clean better he told me that he got the stain out where the dog had gone party I didn’t think he could get it out but he told me he had but it still there. There’s really nothing that you can do as your product doesn’t clean as well as I thought it would thank you

My first time using Zerorez and I am highly impressed with how clean my carpet are, much cleaner and brighter than other previous carpet cleaners have done. The young man who did the cleaning was polite and very knowledgeable about the process and gave me tips about how to keep my carpets cleaner and how to properly clean up pet stains.

Brayden did and excellent job. I have three dogs. Two are puppies we are potty training. My carpets were bad with urine stains and smells. Brayden came in, was very professional and knew exactly what to do to get my carpets cleaned. My carpets are so clean and smell so fresh. This is the second time I have used Zero Rez. I will definitely use them again.

I have used your company a few times and been very happy. This time I opened my house and left ceiling fans on and my carpets did not dry till the next day.
Use water not chemicals
I love the soft feel of the newly cleaned carpet when it dries and it is not stiff as with other carpet cleaners. I have been using Zerorez for the past 4 years. Name removed

Braydon came to my house Thurs and did a good job clearning my carpets. He was very professional in how he did it and got them really clean. I've always liked Zerorez and you folks are the only carpet cleaners I use now.
The man who cleaned my carpet was excellent! He went the extra mile to make sure everything was so clean. He was very considerate, came on time and did a great job. (My carpet is a challenge to say the least.) I would highly recommend Zerorez, especially the man who cleaned my carpet. I have used Zerorez for years and am always extremely satisfied.

These guys know how to clean carpets! I was able to make the appointment online which was totally convenient for me. They called before they came to make sure everything was OK. They were fast, friendly, efficient and professional. They cleaned everything I had asked for and even cleaned some things I hadn't noticed!
