I like the quality of the cleaning, our carpets look very nice! The technician was very knowledgeable and spent time making sure all was done well.
The spots not initially taken care of with the cleaning were quite obvious and I had to point them out and have him go over it again. Most of it came out but I saw another spot in the mast walk in closet after he left.
Just bought the house and it needed to be deep cleaned . Everything was spotless after the cleaners left. They were even able to get a deep stain out of the carpet. Great experience from beginning to end.
The carpet looks great, and the motorhome is awesome! It hadn't been cleaned for years, and I love being in it now.

Ian pretreated the pet urine so it would have time to sit while he did the tile. Then he did the carpet.

Clean, efficient technicians ( in our case, Josh again). The ionic system itself without stick soaps or detergent. The maximum water extraction for faster drying. Consistent quality over time.

Carpet felt clean, dried quickly and friendly service
Everything was just fine.
The equipment wasn't operating probably, the tech got frustrated, and finished the job. I questioned the cleanliness.
Seems like the gentleman did a good job.

Did a great job and was very professional.
I was told floors would be dry in 4-5 hours. 24 hours later some of them are still wet. It's not humid outside, I've had fans on since the job. The carpets in some of the areas are crispy. I'm going to assume it's due to previous carpet cleaner residue but it's disappointing as I wasn't warned about the possibility of that happening. Will likely hire again but will know to schedule early in the day and have extra fans going because this is really ridiculous.

Reasonably priced and my tile grout is as it should be. No chemical smell and the carpets dried fairly quickly.
