My service technician was a le to get the dog urine out of the carpet and treated the carpet so when they have accidents again it's harder to soak in. He was very thorough and went over it several times.
Several dirt spots showed after carpets were cleaned. Your Tech came back & recleaned the 2 rooms without any charge & CHEARFULLY. Thank you

The house is only 4 months old and there were not any scratches or paint chips on the base boards until we had the carpets cleaned. Every area on both floors where the hose was moved now has chipped and scratched base board. These baseboards are white, so it’s easy to see

Very impressed with the phone service. I needed my carpet cleaned by a specific date, service booked solid. The young lady ask if I would like to be put on the cancelation list. I was very happy to receive a call when there was a cancelation. Since moving to St Geo area I have not used anyone else. The most recent young man worked hard to please me over some stains I had. Prompt, and always calls first.
It works! Completely removed carpet stains that I couldn't budge with cleaning solutions I had tried.

We need to have a tech come out again. Our couch cushions that were cleaned look worse than before they were cleaned. The carpets that were cleaned looked good.
