The service was quick and the result was great!
Zerorez service was very professional. Their equipment is clean prior to being brought into your home. Unlike many carpet cleaning services which go house to house not cleaning equipment in between.
The carpets smelled fresh and were soft to the touch when dried.
I will certainly call on Zerorez for all my future carpet and tile cleaning needs.

Your people are friendly and do a great job. My carpets look and smell clean.
When a customer points out heavily soiled areas, they should be treated first or at least with something special. Our heavily soiled areas are lighted, but they are not gone. Our technician was nice and explained everything. After he was done, he took some sort of wet mop to get up the water and areas where his hoses tracked. Sadly, I have had to re-mop those areas twice because there seems to be something sticky on the bottom of our shoes.

They were great! They were at my house on time and were helpful and answered all my questions. They even added a room and closet for me. I will use them for all my carpet cleaning needs.
Our tech was prompt and efffecient. However, I was surprised to see he came in without a mask covering his face. My husband and I are trying to take precautions at this difficult time ourselves and I guess I should have already had mine on when he arrived. We didn't however, I would have been quick to notice if he had used that protacol when arriving at our home. Also, I noticed sunflower shells on my carpet after he left. Gross! That's why only the 7 rating.

Great service and the Technician was Amazing, moving a couple things to insure everything got cleaned. So professional, courteous and friendly. My tile looks beautiful, and my carpets look like new AND they are SO SOFT. No sticky feel, no stiffness and everything smells so fresh and clean. Couldn’t be happier. What a pleasure to do business with Zerorez.
