The serviceman (Ian) called to let us know he was on his way. He arrived at the early time when estimated time was predicted.
He was very polite yet got to work immediately. Our service was completed within 1.5 -2 hours. Our carpet was beautiful when he finished & it dried quite quickly.
We also had a 9 x 12 area rug cleaned. It turned out great too.
We plan to have Ian back to clean & seal our tile.

It took a long time to get an appointment
The tech was very kind and efficient. The carpets look great and didn’t take all day to dry.
I was very happy withthe man who came and did the cleaning. However yesterday evening and today I have noticed some dark marks on our front room carpet near the entrance that weren't there before and they don't just brush away.
I was going to call the office in the morning.
The carpet seems more ruff or mated, but we do have an order carpet, rug still dirty around the edge where it was dirtiest. But it was a pretty good job.

I realize how difficult it is to get dog hair off a couch, but there was quite a bit more left than when I had had other companies clean my couches.
Also, when the guy came to clean, he said he could not clean my other couches because they were a cotton/synthetic blend. I have had other companies clean them before without any issues. Im not sure what the problem was.

I have used Zerorez for years - both here in St George and up north before we moved. Your technicians are always top notch and do a beautiful job of cleaning my carpets and making them look great. They are skilled in what they do and very friendly. I recommend your company to anyone who says they need their carpet cleaned.

For the last several years Zero Rez has been my go-to company for carpet cleaning. After last Friday's experience this is no longer the case. With every other visit the technician has been personable, professional, and done a good and careful job. This time I think we got off on the wrong foot when the technician couldn't find our house and it took a lot of explaining to get him here. There were some changes to the order (although I had included stairs in the online order, only 'landing' was listed; also, he informed me that the sofa included in the order could not be cleaned due to some cotton content), which based on his language, didn't seem to make him very happy. As usual, we had spent a lot of time removing lamps and small furniture from the carpeted areas. but didn't move smaller end tables and dining room chairs because the technician had always moved them and then put them back with protective plastic 'feet'. After this visit it appeared that nothing had been moved. After the carpet dried (we used overhead fans and open windows to help), I still noticed a slight chemical smell, and one of the downstairs bedrooms now has a musty smell. For these reasons, I can no longer recommend Zero Rez to others, and will not be using your services in the future.
We were impressed by the professional way the operator showed. Our carpet looks so nice.
