Very efficient! Arrives on time
I assumed that the heavier pieces of furniture would be moved to clean under them. That did not happen. I am also disappointed that the corners and under cabinet areas of the linoleum were not clean. The stains on the carpet we're gone! The overall appearance of the carpet and linoleum is really good. The person who did the cleaning was professional and worked efficiently.

Service was great …..the tech was on time and even a little early…..He was able to work a miracle on some really nasty carpet……It cleaned up great…..I love using Zero Rez for my carpet cleaning……I will only use Zero Rez for all future carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning…..sure beats buying new carpet or furniture! 👍👍👍👍🙋🏻♀️🥰

Pet cleaning
Once my carpet dried in my living room, there are still big spots that aren’t clean. It wasn’t that dirty to begin with. I had 2 1/2 very small rooms to clean. It was overpriced and not clean.

My carpet was SO clean afterwards I didn’t want to step on it. He did a great job!
My one concern is how long it took to dry. The technician finished by 12:30pm and said it might take about six hours to dry because it was a little bit cooler day (still in the 70’s). We had ceiling fans going in all the rooms, however by 9 pm the carpets were still quite damp and it was a challenge to get the kids to bed because the carpets were too damp to take the smaller furniture off the beds and put it back. I don’t think that was normal, I’ve used zerorez multiple times and I’ve never had an issue before.
Punctual (early), Zach had good manners, professional and worked diligently to remove any stains and debris from carpets. Reasonably priced and did a better cleaning than previous company. Thanks Again.

I am very pleased with Zack from Zerorez and the job he did of cleaning our carpets in our home! He was very professional and respectful. I am a stickler for cleanliness and have always cleaned my own carpets but this year health issues didn’t allow me to do my own cleaning. Zack did a GREAT JOB! My carpets look CLEAN!!

Allow me to pay online when pre-paying due to not being home when cleaning is scheduled.
I don’t like telling someone my credit card info over the phone.
Or look at my history and see that I’ve always paid and allow me to pay after the cleaning, even if I’m not home when the cleaning occurs.

All the additional charges that were kept adding to our original " Even when I cancel one of the wool rugs. You can nickel and dine your people to death and guess what you'll have no business. In Hawaii at the market when you buy some vegetable or something from someone they always give you one extra for free maybe you should do likewise on the way out sahay is there a little rug we can do for free
