Gets my couches, carpet and tile grout clean. I’m not happy with how much you charge for protectant. It seems like you offer a good deal on carpet cleaning but then make your full amount with the price of the protectant. You can buy a whole can of protectant at Walmart for $8. And I got charged $20 for my 1 seater couch and (even though Ian, who I think did a great job, told me there wasn’t an extra charge for my Ottoman, I was still charged another $10 for it???). So, yah, I wasn’t happy to get my final bill and find that I was charged $30 for a few squirts of protectant on my 1 seater couch and Ottoman.
I should have been smarter, I know you guys charge a lot for protectant which is why I didn’t pay for it on my carpets. But, we live and learn. I’m writing this to you not because I want my money back, but because I don’t want you to start losing business because of things like this (I actually hired Stanley Steemer last time and I know that I prefer Zerorez more). So, YES, I’d recommend you, but you might want to realign your business practices.

Amazing how the tile which was very dirty was cleaned to like new technician was polite and patiently explained the process to me he helped me to obtain a discount price on the tile because of the radio commercial would definitely recommend their products and services
