I went though a hassle with a different company before I booked with zerorez. My carpets are 13 yrs old my landlord refused to replace them. Zerorez got them looking better then when I moved in! I’ll definitely be using them again!

I have had many carpets cleaned over the years and have cleaned my own as well. Zerorez does an excellent job cleaning our office carpets including high traffic areas and even stains from water that seeped under the walls from a fire in the office next door. They don't use harsh chemicals so there are no unpleasant odors or drying residue like some shampoos leave, and the carpets dry fast so we can get back to work. I highly recommend them; we've been using their services exclusively since 2018. MLW
They take out the smell and dries pretty fast compared to other companies we have used. Also this is our second time and the technicians have been fabulous both times so far. I will definitely be using you again every time we need to have our carpets cleaned!
The technician did not put on shoe coverings while cleaning our carpet and he asked to use our bathroom, which is not professional at all.
Carpets look like new and there was no chemical smell at all.

Although the entryway rug looked a lot better, there was still a lot of dirt left after it dried. I sprayed some rug cleaner and rubbed with a t
white towel and it was black. Also, what was done differently with the synthetic rug vs the natural. Not sure.

The carpet is streaked and not clean in some areas. Not happy at all! Someone is already scheduled to come inspect it and reclean it.
One room looked as if it was not fully cleaned I’ve used zerorez before and been satisfied.

I like the natural way of cleaning and the good clean we usually get over the last several years we’ve been using your company.
I was disappointed in the way my large wool rug came out. Last time it seems the attendant changed the head to do the flatter wool rug. I could be wrong, but it certainly came out better, whatever the reason.
Otherwise, the carpet came out good and we were glad to have it done again.
I was thrilled when the technician called and was able to come earlier. He was detailed in his description of the cleaning process and checked all my rugs for content to make sure he cleaned them correctly. My carpets looked brand new when he finished. I am very pleased with the job Zerorez did!
Everything. Ian showed up on time and was prepared. There was no pressure to buy any product or increase anything. The carpet was cleaned beautifully and it was pretty dirty. We appreciated Ian and all he did. Zerorez has earned a customer for life with us. Thank you.
