Workout are fun and challenging, coaches are motivating and keep things interesting, and the studio is a welcoming community of people.
Variety, challenging
Supervised & well guided
I like that it changes everyday.
No matter the day you are challenged to bring on your inner athlete in yourself but not the traditional competitive sense. Having the OTF Coach enables you to clear your mind of whatever else if happening in your day for that 60 minutes to focus on yourself. No workout
Is ever the same and always focused on total body workout. Great positive energy and one of my favorite places to spend an hour of my day.
I love the variety and that I can show up to do the work without having to plan my own exercise regimen. Coaches are high energy and push me to keep going and do my best.
I feel that my workouts at OT, are productive in my fitness goals, which are: to feel better, tone and loose weight.
I enjoy the variety and predictability challenging nature of the work outs. The coaches are on average very good and high energy/engaging people.
I go to a lot of OTFs as I travel and still feel best when I can work out at my home studio.
Coach was friendly and the studio was great!
The mix of cardio and weights.
Outstanding coaches and workouts!
Great coaches and workouts!
The workouts are never the same: No boredom, always good to experience the new workout each time.
Coaches are WELL trained. I'm 67 and obese: the coaches know how to modify every exercise to meet my body's limitations.
I never thought I'd WANT to go every day but I AM!
Always something different every day! Plus the coaches actually know my name and will check in on my form.
I recently joined OT and have been going there for about 3weeks now, and let me tell you, it is an incredible experience. The coaches are knowledgeable, professional, and energetic, which creates an environment of positivity and motivation in the studio. The workout itself is very challenging yet fun, with movements and exercises that engages my entire body and keeps me on my toes throughout the session.
What I love most about the group workout is the sense of community among the participants. Everyone is supportive of each other and cheering each other on. It is such an empowering feeling to be part of such a positive group of people all working towards improving their health and fitness.
I highly recommend trying out a group workout at a OT. It's an amazing way to challenge yourself, connect with others on a similar journey, and improve your overall health and wellness.
Keeps me motivated, workout goes by quickly and people are friendly
I like how the first time walking in to check out OrangeTheory, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They are very helpful and very good at what they do. I'm new to OrangeTheory and have some physical issues, and trainers seem to understand. I also like how they emphasized to me that I'm there for the long haul, and helping me to not injure myself is important to the team too. I like that. I also like how the workout, even though it incorporates just floor fitness, treadmill and rower, it provides everything I'm looking for, and many strength and endurance goals to shoot for. Thank you!
Music/being told what to do and when- never boring
