OTF is the best gym! I have a few ortho issues that hinder my ability to use the treadmills but the coaches are great at ensuring I'm still able to get a great workout!

Orangetheory develops great templates for workouts. There is a nice mix of strength and cardiovascular training. There is enough variety to keep it interesting!

Something different every day
I love that all I have to do is show up. All of the guess work of working out is taken out. I also love that the coaches are really fun and make me excited to go to the gym.
Very motivating, fun, high energy but you also get to workout at your own fitness level.

Very helpful coaches to correct your exercise form as well as giving feedback.
The last workout was great! I could hear my trainer well. He did not talk 500 mph and spoke clearly so each section could hear what the next steps would be. He was very motivating and during stretching at the end, was telling everyone how important certain things were during and after workout.
It is still hot in the gym.

Variation! I get bored easily!
I like that it is different each day.
I like that I get cardio and some kind of weight/resistance training in each class. I like the variety in the templates for the classes - you don’t get bored because they are different every day. I like that the workout can be tailored to individual fitness levels whether it be speeds on the treadmill or taking the modifications on the floor exercises.
orange theory is the best workout i’ve ever done. and i’ve done it all- spin classes, yoga, sculpt, hiit, you name it. and this is the very best out there. i’ve never seen such a difference in myself or felt so strong!!!!
I loved how much the coach interacted with everyone - checking in, correcting form, etc.
Nice variety
Everyone does the same workout. it’s focused time, on a schedule. In and out in 1 hour.
I am very happy I joined Orange Theory. I was a bit apprehensive at first as i have a chronic back issue. I communicated this to my coach, Audra, and she assisted me with modifications and seemed very interested in making sure I did not make my back issue worse. I like that the coaches come around and give you pointers on the exercises and push you to do your best.The music is great, and you get an awesome workout in 1 hour. I also enjoy reviewing my results on the app to ensure I'm making progress and maximizing my time at the gym.

I love that the workouts are challenging and everyday is different! The coaches are AWESOME! They are very encouraging and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is fun and upbeat, making that hour fly by! I have done a few other group workouts, but Orangetheory has been the best by far. Looking forward to many more classes and getting my butt kicked :)

I am a new member that is enjoying the workouts very much. I am definitely at a beginner's level but I can already tell I am getting stronger after just 7 workouts!
The workouts are challenging and easy to alter to whatever level I'm at. The atmosphere and coaches are motivating and positive. I like the fact that I can see where my heart rate is to push myself harder and make sure I get the most out of my hour workout. It's just been the easiest program I've found myself wanting to stick to!
