The high intensity interval workout ensures that I achieve optimum calorie burning during my workout. It's enjoyable being in a group setting with a coach to help me achieve my goals.
I am older & new to exercising & need to start a moving regiment. It make take weeks to get & maintain an orange zone. But I am encouraged to do what I can.
I really liked the music
I like the diversity of the classes. I hate working with weights, but the blocks really make the entire workout seem to go quickly. I feel like I am more likely to push myself in a class setting than I would at home. I leave feeling like I've gotten a really good full body workout.
Hi! I absolutely love OTF and have been a member for over 3 years at the Madison studio. I have a fondness for all of the coaches and their different styles. However, a newer coach, Steve, talks quite a bit over the mic to the rowers and treads which makes it difficult to focus on the cardio ahead. Also, the count downs to end the interval could be shorter. Less is more, sometimes. Also, I love the 90 minute class with Matt on Sundays. I try not to miss his classes and have benefitted very much from his knowledge, personality, and MUSIC!
You burn a lot of calories in just under an hour : )

Variety
The variety - you never get bored. Also I would never do weight training on my own.
Coaches are awesome
It was well-paced and the instructions were clear. The rotations between treadmill-rower-weights were well-timed. Great workout!
Vanessa was a great coach, very encouraging and supportive. I liked the variety of workouts and that I never felt intimidated when walking into the space.

it's motivational, the coaches are great and it's always something different. my only wish is that there was an app that had workouts so I could take it with me and do them when we are in Mexico during the winters. I am not nearly motivated enough to do them on my own:)
It was hard but I felt amazing afterwards knowing I was able to finish. The couch was so supportive and great at motivating everyone.

Friday was a very challenging workout but tye encouragement and motivation from Amy was unreal. Her can do attitude helped get through and crush the workout. Love the variety and the sparkling new Brookfield studio!
