Result driven workouts
I like the variations in the workouts. I am not someone who is successful with implementing cardio on my own and I love coming in and being told what the plan is. I can just focus on putting in the work.
All you have to do is show up. Coaches take it from there. By far, the fastest way to get in shape.

I definitely do better with structure, but I also tend to get bored with workouts. OrangeTheory gives me that structure while keeping it interesting. I can compare my effort across workouts without it feeling like it's the same old thing. Coaches are amazing, supportive, and motivating. The accountability factors that are built in help me stay the course. I love being able to go in for an hour, work hard, interact with awesome people ,and leave feel accomplished - and sweaty!

Not related to the world, but the studio:
The showers need fans - they get stuffy, hot, and there is mold growing on the shower walls. The shower rooms would benefit from bringing back the products that used to be stocked in them like lotion, dry shampoo, deodorant. No one uses mouth wash or weird mystery hair spray. The current products are useless.
I like that it is instructor led. I like the variety of floor exercises and the enthusiasm of the instructors
Quality of care
OTF has kept me consistent. I love the book-from-the-app feature, and that it syncs with my calendar. If it’s on the schedule, I have to go, there’s no skipping it. The coaches and SAs are all friendly and high energy, but I’m definitely certain that Emma’s gonna blow my eardrums one of these days ;)
Always motivating and fun!
The workout is very fulfilling for me, I work hard and feel great. The coach is always around to be supportative and for me to ask questions. They are so nice and encouraging that I just want to keep coming back. It is a workout!

Great mix of endurance, power, and strength. Every workout is different, so that keeps workouts exciting and fresh! Orange theory has helped me to be in the best shape physically and mentally. OTF has changed my life for the better and I will continue to be a member for years to come.

My coaches were the best (Kristen and Ash). The classes varies and I never felt like I was in the same class. I’m going to miss it!
GREAT coaches and very friendly staff and atmosphere.
The workout can really be modified for any one and coaches are knowledgeable about how to make it work no matter the injury/need.

the instructors are AWESOME! The facility is always clean and provides everything I could want (even when in a pinch). Class times fit my schedule nicely and it's FUN!
