Where do I start! I love orange theory. You get a full body work out every time. I always feel better for coming in and working my body and mind . The scheduled class holds me accountable.

The trainers - AWESOME! They play fun , great music and make the work outs fun and exciting. They know exactly how to push you to be better and stronger. They are also always willing to help you if you need modification.
I love that my partner and I can both get kill it and get a great workout in even though she's incredibly fit and I'm there for weight loss. We are technically doing similar workouts at the same thing, but our base, push, all out are unique to us. I love being able to spend and hour of hard work and feel great the rest of the day.
I love the coaches explanations and corrections they give throughout. It’s always a such a great workout and different every class! The coaches encourage me to run a little farther, or a little faster or try a heavier weight than I would push myself, they are awesome!

I love OT. For me personally its a 10/10. I love the challenging, but friendly, atmosphere that the trainers create and that they take time to adjust your position, encourage you to lift heavier/run faster, and offer options to make each exercise easier or more challenging, depending on how you're feeling. I leave every class knowing I've gotten a great workout. The ONLY reason that I wouldn't necessarily recommend it to someone and the ONLY reason I've given 9 instead of 10 stars is that it's a touch expensive and not within everyone's budget. I've looked at places like CycleBar and when compared to the membership rates for those specialty gyms, OrangeTheory compares very favorably.
I enjoy the variety of the workouts. The surprise when you get there is something else I like. You don’t have to know what you are supposed to do to get a good workout in. You just show up, listen and work as hard as you can.
I love the energy the coaches bring right at the beginning, it fires me up! I also enjoy the balance of a total body workout with a focus on form.

It’s different and challenging every single time! The coaches push me beyond what I normally would do at an in-home workout.
I just love that all I have to do is show up, the workouts are what you make them. If you want to go hard, you can, but if you need to take it easy, you can do that too. There's no one standing there telling you that you're not doing enough. Everyone is there for themselves and the coaches are great at supporting you no matter what your goals are. I am much more confident in my abilities and found a new found love for the rowing machine along the way!
The workouts are diverse and work all the muscles. I like the combination of treadmill/rower and floor.

The Head Trainer, Coach Shannon, is easily one of the best fitness coaches in Wisconsin. She goes above and beyond everyday. Her knowledge about form and technique is outstanding. If it weren’t for Coach Shannon, my body would not be the chiseled work of art that it now is.
I love the recent change in workouts adding more movement, floor etc vs sitting on tread for half class. Feel I burn more calories and get total body workout
Variety
I love that there is a planned workout each day lead by amazing instructors that help push you to be better or do more during each workout. You can make the workout as challenging as you want or need for your body with the option to always pull back if you need to as well.
The personal interaction. And that they made it a competition against yourself and not those around you
