The variety and the group workout. I like that we get to do a group exercise, that way we’re all feeling part of the same workout.
I love how OTF does the switching between cardio, rowing and weights. It makes it exciting and does not bring about monotony in working out. The heartbeat tracker makes me push myself to work out more. It increases my stamina and feel energized all the time.

I enjoy the variety of the exercises and changing of stations throughout the workout. I feel like I am working my whole body throughout each class and get a good balance of weightlifting and cardio. The gym has a great community of members and all the trainers are professional and helpful which makes the class a lot of fun and the hour go by quick.
The workouts are well planned and the instructors are awesome! I was nervous coming in but the instructors put me at ease and made sure that they kept an eye out for me.

The front desk staff is always friendly and eager to answer questions and help out, especially Will.
The coaches are fun and even with seeing so many people they know you and will come by and make sure you are doing things correctly, Especially Leslie, Risa, Kim and Sean!
The facility is spotless and the workouts are challenging and fun. This is the first time I have kept with an exercise routine this long (since May). I feel bad and less happy when I do not go!

Everything that Wallingford, WA OTF studio has to offer is great. The exercise routines, the coaches, the support staff, is all very good and I would highly recommend people to join this studio.
I like that I can go at my own pace pace and even though I have back issues I can still modify the workouts so they can work for me.
It's challenging and you can see the results. I've already taken my mile pace from 10:21 to 9:47 since starting OTF and LOVE it!!!

Love the energy, the coaches, the cool air keeping me from not sweating so much, though I am working hard. I am 71, so the heart monitor is key for me topic myself. There is nothing I don't like about OT.
I wouldn't mind some music little less "hard", but still energetic.
The versatility.
There is somewhat of a routine: I know I will be on the tread and the weights, but it is also different everyday. I like that I can track how many calories I am burning but also see my heart rate in real time.
I like that a professional trainer is there to tell me what to do, how to do it, and give me alternatives when I need them

It is difficult for me to rate Issaquah because I have only been to one class there. My
membership is now at different location. What I can say is my OTF experience at every studio I have visited has been great. That is why I give Issaquah a 10!
It’s the motivation that I really like. I can go to the gym for an hr and not really know what to do and run out of motivation fairly quickly, but at OTF, the whole workout is prepared.
You are constantly engaged, yet can go at your own pace.

Great workouts, energetic coaches. What's not to love about OTF?? I wish the heart rate monitors were cheaper, but they aren't required.
I don't have to worry about what I will be doing or need to work on before I arrive... I just show up and sweat!!

That you can go at your own pace, challenge yourself, you know how hard you are working due to visual guides, alternative movements are offered, the workouts are challenging but doable and you are motivated by the high energy trainers and excellent music selections.
