It makes the most out of an hour than anything else I've tried. It works! This workout pushes me further than i would ever push myself. After its done, I feel so accomplished and proud of the work I put in to finish it. OT is also tons of fun, energizing, encouraging and is a great community of people.
It’s easy to get a great workout without having to plan the great workout. Once I’m in the door the rest is taken care of! Friendly staff, friendly members of all abilities, welcoming atmosphere and a great workout. What’s not to like?

I love that the classes move quickly, there is never time to get bored. The instructors are friendly and a few of them are extra helpful with lifting technique or providing alternate exercises if needed. I always get 12 or more splat points and it’s fun to have the workout feel gamified this way - it makes me want to beat my own best efforts. It gets addictive after awhile, and I really look forward to my workouts at OT. I do wish the studio I go to had bigger tv screens for the floor exercises as some spots in the room make it harder to see. Sometimes the music is also so loud it’s hard to fully get what the coach is saying. But overall this is such a fun and wonderful experience and makes me enjoy my workouts every week, it’s not a chore anymore.

Great music, great coaches, and I only feel like I’m competing against myself. That is so motivating.
It’s so efficient. At first it was a bit of a shock to my system, but after that I started seeing and feeling positive changes in my body within six weeks, just from going twice a week.
The studio is in great shape, the coaches are really good, and the desk staff is super nice and professional. Great experience all around!

It's different every time. The workouts are challenging. I like the monitor and screens showing HR percentage and effort. Sometimes the music is annoying but always energetic and motivating. The coaches! The coaches are fantastic!

I like the friendliness of the coaches not to mention how active and dynamic they are. Even on a bad day when I come in with low energy to workout, the positive vibes and energy from the coaches give me the mental push I need to finish my workout strong.
I like the variety and that it gets you doing things you wouldn't normally do or have equipment for.
