We love Blake, Emily and the entire new squad of coaches. They are solid, know their stuff AND PERSONABLE to boot. They make you feel like you are part of the community. The front desk staff like Maya and others are also TOP NOTCH. Love the workout flexibility and energy.

Good facility
I love the convenience of being able to book classes that fit my schedule and showing up for a full body workout that I know will be effective. The hour class flies by and I always burn between 500-600 calories.
Love orange theory and the workouts and everyone there is very supportive and have a very good community and the coaches are very good
Great instructors.
I love the coaching and that it mixes cardio and strength. Love the variety each workout offers. I would love to see more opportunities for a 3:15 or 3:30 pm class during the school year as I am a teacher.

Best place ever
Corbin came up right away and asked if I was new because he didn’t recognize me and was really welcoming. Also, I was on the bike for the first time and Corbin set me up right away.
Awesome workout - challenging and varied - it keeps me accountable -it’s a good hard workout- I don’t have to think and the hour is over and I’m done! Great staff and coaches! Best gym I’ve ever belonged to !
The coaches and staff are all excellent. I am very appreciative that someone always picks up the phone! The equipment is all very nice and the facility is very clean. I have only had positive experiences!
I like the staff and the class structure. The coaches are awesome and pump the classes. The app rocks too.
The only thing I would say where you can improve is on the music. The beats are good and give you a rush, but I wish it would play various genres. And a handful of the songs played are too gangster for my taste (sing about weed, pistols, not always painting women in a good light). Maybe I am getting too old, but music is a big part of motivating me while working out, to push myself.
Variety of workout and staff. From manager Peter and his front desk crew, who always greets members with a terrific smile and attitude, to coaches who are dedicated to helping you reach your goals. Everyone is so encouraging and supportive!
The best coaches are at OTF Renton. Motivating, friendly and helpful. The workouts change daily so I love the unknown.
I enjoy the coached experience. Some studios have amazing coaches. I worked out at the Mercer Island studio for the first time in well over a year and the whole staff was amazing. Front desk was friendly, manager was welcoming and friendly, and coach for the class was engaging and so very thorough! Thank you MI Orange Theory!

I LOVE working out in a team atmosphere, with the coaches multi-tasking the group between water-rowing, weights and the tredmills! They do a GREAT job guiding the various workouts, always keeping an eye to guide us individually as well. I'm 70 and feel GREAT!! Thankfully, because of OT...I feel at least 20 years younger!!

Workouts are always different, they put you against yourself to improve. There is a sense of being a team, without having the awkward feeling of judgment from others.
The coaches help with form, with substitutions for physical/medical needs and really try to engage in meaningful conversations.
I'm able to complete a 60 min workout with variations in an amazing environment.
