I like that the workouts are always different and challenging and that the coaches always deliver clear direction on what to expect and when to do it. I like the slightly competitive atmosphere and that tracking workout results is very easy both in class during the workout and on the app later.

The Coaches!
Workouts are predictable but have enough elements change to keep it interesting. Coaches are friendly, supportive and I like that they encourage you to push yourself. Coaches dialogue in class is motivating. All the equipment is in good shape and works properly giving you a lot of real time information.
Never really know what to expect except for the benchmark workouts.
So, there’s no time to say I don’t want to do that in reference to a particular exercise lol
These workouts make you sweat and there are clear results in just a few weeks. Always a different workout so you never get bored with the same routine. Coaches are friendly and willing to help you with your form and even getting through an exercise with a weakness or past injury by offering an easier alternative exercise if needed. I would recommend OrangeTheory to anyone e serious about making changes in their life.
I like the flexibility it offers. There are several times throughout the day to go and enjoy the same workout. Also, the entire staff is extremely friendly, energetic, and helpful. It does not feel 'clicky' at all, like some other gyms in the area :)

The workouts are fun and time really flies.
I’m working different body parts I never have before. The trainers correct me if I’m doing the routine wrong and correct my form. I appreciate the motivation!

I like that they are never the same workouts and you have options to do only strength if you needed/wanted. The positive reinforcement and fun energy from coaches makes a big difference as well. It always feels like everyone is there to get after it and be positive. I love that environment!
I don't have to think about what to do when I workout. Time goes by very fast.

everything is ok
I feel great afterwards! Also, the coaching is great! I like how they are sure I am doing each exercise correctly and then at times push me to do a little bit more while always being very encouraging. The welcome I receive at the front desk each time I visit by the staff is also wonderful.
The coaches. Daryl and Jenny are GREAT. Jenny is fun and hilarious and I could not say better things about her approach.
The coaches are amazing, and the atmosphere is engaging. The workouts are unique just enough to keep me interested and not get bored.
Everything - good variety although it seems it's gotten more intense over time. I like that Bothell does Tornado's at least monthly - they are awesome! The coaches are all great and helpful. I appreciate how they always keep an eye on folks and insure proper form!! The only thing I don't like is continuing emphasis on faster, more, heavier. Some of us just want a good workout and don't have competitive spirits like others. Make us feel important and that it's OK just to want to be and stay healthy and fit - we don't always need to get better, faster, etc. Yes, it's good to improve and see growth if that is why you work out. But the emphasis on that is very uncomfortable for me. Thank you!
