The workouts; I AM SEEING THE RESULTS! My clothes are fitting differently and my shape is changing! I lost 20 pounds since starting! More importantly, I like the coaches who are accepting and non judgmental no matter who you are. I’ve been to many gyms and many establishments where they foster an environment that is not inclusive. I am a naturally shy person and at times people see that as intimidating or standoffish when really I’m just quiet and shy. The coaches and other staff members at orange theory are ALWAYS kind and attentive to how I’m working out and make sure my form is correct. Many of them are approachable and inspiring!

Here at orange theory it is a good environment that helps me get motivated to workout especially during cold months. The workouts are as challenging as I want them depending on how hard I push myself (or the coach pushes me 😆). The treadmills are very nice to run on especially for someone like me who has lower spine scoliosis. They have some nice modified moves on the weight floor just in case my lower back is hurting that day too. Coach Erika is awesome 😎 She is very charismatic and encourages you to keep moving. Everyone here is very friendly.

It was a great workout. Coach Jen is fabulous, enthusiastic, and motivating. I love the energy of your studio. You have a great front desk staff. When I am in the area again, I want to work out at Lake Tapps and take more classes. I love your community.

I love the variety between core, rower and tread. Each time I attend I feel like I get a good workout. I also love the intensity - and each person can go at the intensity they need. The workouts are fun with good music and positive energy.

Great classes and great coaches
All you have to do is show up - there's no backing down once you're through the doors. I've never had such an efficient and consistent calorie burn. On top of that, the trainers are A+ all around!
