I love it all- I continue to be challenged and supported by the workouts, and can honestly say that being a member for the past year has changed my life.

As the coaching staff changes, and new coaches are added to the rotation, Cathie and Jolie continue to distinguish themselves as experts at the top of their field- I look forward to their classes so much, and regularly rearrange my schedule to work out with them. That being said, all the coaches are positive and encouraging, and I look forward to getting to know the newer coaches better!

I like being pushed and the constant exercise changes makes the workouts fun and challenging.

I really like the intervals. I really like the coaching. I really like that it is HARD and that I can do it! The 50 minutes go by fast. No time to get 'bored'. Also, I can easily modify to suit my abilities.

I love OTF! OTF has changed my life, truly. I delivered my son and subsequently got a terrible back injury shortly after. Visits to the ER, doctors offices, even spending some of my maternity leave and the months to follow in Physical Therapy. Nothing helped and nothing was improving the immense pain I was experiencing. Another OFT member and family member of mine had been pushing me to try OFT. I finally gave it a try. The first few sessions, I couldn't row because of my back injury. I fell in love! My first session I loved everything about it. I loved monitoring my own heart rate on the screen, push my self to get my splat points, stay within my limits shown on the screen, as well as the variety of workouts and the varying levels of strength. After attending OFT for a month, once a week, my back injury became less and less painful. By the end of my second month I was rowing without any issues. When a few months prior, I could barely sit or stand without assistance. It's really changed my life. Now as I end my first trimester for my second pregnancy, I can't wait to keep pushing myself and staying on track with OFT. The staff and instructors are always so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I was worried I was going to be the slowest person in the class. Each instructor has shown ways to do modify the exercise to do both, make it less challenging or more challenging. This makes people who workout often or once a week feel included and encouraged to challenge yourself and be proud of completing each work out.

I like the motivation from the trainers and that each workout is different. I also like the heart rate monitor so that you are working the appropriate intensity without over exerting.
