The coaches are amazing! It’s nice to have a structured workout with a cheerleader and guide throughout. The workouts are different every time and I feel that I get a well-rounded workout each time I go. I have also seen wonderful results in weight loss and muscle gain all while becoming a part of a wonderful community.

I really like that the workout changes daily. I never know what to expect. I also like that there are different options for a workout (2G, 3G, Strength, Tread, 90 mins, etc). I like that it is the same daily workout throughout the world and it makes it more of a community

What I love about OTF is the coaches, the community and the workouts are efficient, effective, and fun. The cancellation policy also provides some added motivation to show up for the workout that I signed up for which is incredibly helpful when trying to establish a solid fitness routine. I love OTF!
Today I could hear the instuctor. I liked that she was available to give us alternative exercises and choices to modify.
Coaches are awesome and you can go at your own pace. Every work out is different which helps you not get bored over time.
I like the different stations and interval training. It’s high intensity and I’m able to keep a consistent heart rate through the workout. The coaches are amazing! Every single one of them. Time flies when you’re having fun! It’s a fun engaging workout! I wish I had more time to go as often as I would like. Hopefully one day!
