I enjoy working out because of community. The coaches and members motivate me to push myself harder than alone. I appreciate the efficient full-body workout combining cardio and strength training. Heart rate monitors ensure I maximize effort, reach target zones, and burn more calories. The variety of exercises keeps me from boredom. Tracking performance shows my progression over time as I get faster, stronger and boost endurance. I always leave accomplished and motivated for the next sweat-filled session. The accountability and coaching make me look forward to every workout.

I have taken one class thus far at Orange theory. The class is what I was looking for to add to my fitness routine. The staff were very welcoming and helpful during my first class.
I love the coaching staff at grand Blanc, Orange theory. I do like working out there because I need to be held accountable. I’ve never been one to be consistent with working out. At orange theory I have to be accountable. I feel the gym is kept at a very high level of cleanliness. Everyone there is friendly and greets you by name.
Always mixing it up. I never get bored!
I like that there are options but all options give me a good workout . I also think coaches do a great job at providing clear and high energy instruction

I love how it is divided into different parts. I like having strength work along with cardio. The balance between rower, weights and treads is perfect for me!

It I a group work out and the coach instructs you all the time . My first class was good and I hope catch up with the routine and do better next time. The time passes fast and you can sweat here a lot.

I like the cardio and strength training in one!! The motivation of the coaches is the best!
I like all the coaches (+ staff!) and I have not had a bad interaction with any members either. Despite the fact that I mostly keep to myself, I do still feel a bond to many members I regularly see in class.
I really enjoy the upbeat attitude and positive encouragement shared by the coaches and staff, and I appreciate the modifications offered for individuals at different fitness levels. Plus the app makes it easy to sign up for and manage sessions.
I really enjoy the variety in the workouts coupled with the great coaching and good music. There are always new ways to challenge yourself and gauge progress. The environment is very supportive and it keeps me coming back.
