The primary instructors that I tend to participate with [Cameron, Katrina, Neal & Tina] are all motivating and informative. These instructors gently push you to try your best and they also, most importantly, remind you about your proper form, whether it be running, rowing, or on the floor. Having the board, your heart rate percentage, as a guideline is invaluable. Overall, I would continue and recommend orangetheory fitness for EVERYONE!

I really like I could push myself on my fitness leave and there was a heart monitor to make sure I wasn’t going too far.

I loved the personal attention and guidance I received from the staff and trainer for my workout session. The equipment was new and clean and easy to use. The music was pretty good, maybe could have been better at points - not always a fan of the top 40s hits on the radio. I loved the intensity of the power day workout and the way I felt afterwards, though. The tracking system on the screen is pretty helpful, too.

I like the variety of exercises offered for each class, coaches that guide you through each exercise block and the ability to tailor each exercise to your fitness level

That each day is different and it is a structured class. You get there, follow the instructor for the workout and done. You don't have to plan your own workout. Throughout the work you get to monitor your progress and heart rate.

I started going to Orange Theory September 9th, 2017 and have lost 75lbs during that time.

I like that your workout is not like other gym where in people will come and don’t know what they will be doing first. I like that your gym has a personal trainer each session for everybody’s safety and the best part is I like that you monitor the heart rate. Great Job!

I like knowing that I am going to have a great workout every time. I walk into the gym with no doubt that this will be a productive use of my time. I especially like that I don't have to think about what to do. I just have to show up and listen to the coaches.
