The variety and how it is a total body workout!
I loved how no one made me feel inadequate or unable. I was welcomed and shown care and concern from beginning to end. I am very overweight and was not sure I could do this, but the encouragement from Staci fueled me through.

Easy to stick to
I like the structure and encouragement. A bit pricey compared to a full athletic club. How about a workout with all rock and roll music? Or all country? You do do themes.
We love both 2G and 3G workouts the best. We are happy that you will be offering “Tread 50” starting January, we also hope you will offer “Row 50” in the future.
Additionally, we hope you will consider offering yoga in the future. A Vinyasa yoga is every bit as vigorous as a strength workout, but with the added mind-body benefit - something we all need these days.

I enjoy my workouts because they empower me and make me feel stronger. The instructors breathe life into you by giving the guidance and support that you need to keep pushing.
Difficult but at my own pace, and fun!
The work outs are very well designed and change all the time, never a repeat. Well run organization.
I've only had two classes so far but i'm so impressed with the range of exercises. Fun, never boring, and my lower back which usually hurts me all the time feels 90% better!
