What I like about the OTF workout is that I don’t have to think about what I need to do, it is laid out for me in every class. I follow instructions and get fit in a fun atmosphere.

What do you like about our workout?

It's fun, varied, covers all the muscle groups and the class is diverse. There's old young, male, female, and every walk of life so everyone can feel welcome. The coaches are friendly, encouraging and motivating too. I push myself harder than would working out alone.

What do you like about our workout?

Love the format and strategy behind the workouts. Also appreciate expanding class times and strength options throughout the week. Love the different styles of each of the coaches but by far I love attending Coach Merrie's class (followed by Coach Nick), Coach Merrie is one of the only coaches that consistently addresses and corrects form. There has rarely been a class where she hasn't provided guidance on improving form. Great experience and highly recommend to all of my friends and family!

What do you like about our workout?

I like that the workouts are staggered. That there is cardio and strength built in to every workout. You can make it as hard or as easy as you need. The coaches are motivating and very helpful if you have any questions.

What do you like about our workout?

I like that I get cardio and weight lifting in the original class. I used to feel I had to make time for one or the other. I like seeing my heart rate and knowing when to push and when to pull back. I love the music and the coaches. I also love all the challenges. Right now I am working to improve my one mile benchmark time!

What do you like about our workout?

I have been a member of Orangetheory in Frederick Maryland for just over a year. Currently I am traveling so I’ve been at Orangetheory in Dallas Texas for three days.

In every class I am somewhere in the middle of the performance curve in terms of my calories burnt, splat points, and all of those key indicators. Most importantly, I feel like the classes in Dallas are not nearly as hard as our classes in Frederick. My endurance is so improved from my training at the Frederick site that If the class here in Dallas were an extra hour long I’d have plenty of energy to continue on.

THIS IS ALL BECAUSE OF YOU Orangetheory Frederick! Chrissy Makosey’s training guidance has really impacted my health and happiness in a way that I forgot was possible. Rachel’s continued interest in my well being has motivated me to keep going. Every trainer in Frederick has been so giving of their encouragement and advice. Even when I am being the difficult artist they don’t give up on me.

Love everything! Only feedback would be to do a quick cleaning between classes to keep machines and floors clean for all classes. There has been dirt on the floor that caused me to slip in some classes.

It’s a great combo of cardio and strength training on treadmill, rower, weight floor. The changing template daily, positive coaching, music and moving at your own pace makes for a great workout!
