Mixing between treadmill, rowing, and strength training across short intervals
It varies day to day. Good mix of cardio and strength training. Instructors are motivational and really try and connect with people there. Front staff are friendly and welcoming.
Engaging, effective, and fun
I have loved every minute of being a part of this gym. It does not feel like an intimidating place, everyone is so welcoming. The coaches are intentional, they greet people by their name and they just bring such great energy. The studio is extremely clean and overall I’m just very happy.
You have everything done in 1 hour.

Orange Theory is a great workout community. All the coaches are awesome - high energy, knowledgeable, and motivational! It’s a great way to start my day. I love the people I work out with.

Sometime the speakers are a bit loud in Rockville location, not sure some instructors realize how loud it comes out of the speakers behind the treads. Music is fun being loud but when explaining workouts maybe a bit lower:)

I love how in one hour you are achieving a cardio and a strength workout and you are not bored. Plus, the goal of achieving a heart rate that keeps me in the Orange and Green rates keeps me motivated to push myself. The trainers are all great and ver helpful. This is the only workout I have found where I want to keep coming back.
The workouts are always different, you can’t get bored. The coaches are very motivating and fun!

I’ve been to a number of OTF studios. That coaches at Annapolis (Kelly, Lindsay, and Mary) are the best!

The workouts are always challenging and different every time. The coaches are motivating and push you to do better.
Varied and generally clear instruction. The atmosphere is good, I always feel really great afterwards, and I can tell the habit of these classes is a healthy life choice! I like that I don't have to think much during the workout, just follow the instructions (after demonstrations) and do the things. Makes it really manageable to get the hang of things quickly. The music (though varies by instructor) is generally good and to my liking, and pump-up music but not too loud, either.
Love the led changes of activity that make the time zoom by!
Coaches tell me what to do, show me how to do it, and push me to be better. They make modifications work for me when I need it. I love the community that has been built - it’s like a family! I may occasionally cuss through the workout, but I always leave feeling so much better!
